A Self-Publisher’s Guide to Editing Services
As a self-publishing author, it’s your responsibility to decide which editing services your book needs, which editor would be the best fit for your project, and when these services need to be completed. This can be an intimidating process, especially as a first-time author. This workshop will demystify the editing process by clearly defining different services and what they entail, what one should look for in a freelance editor (along with some red flags to be aware of!), and how to plan your editing services so as not to create unneeded stress leading up to release day.
